Mr. Nishu Kumar (Editor-in-Chief) is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law at The ICFAI University, Jharkhand. With a diverse range of teaching areas, Nishu specializes in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Contractual Laws, Jurisprudence, and Evidence Law. Their research interests lie in the fields of IPR, Tribal Law, and Cyber Law. Nishu Kumar holds a UGC-NET qualification obtained in 2021. Dr. Alok Kumar is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at The ICFAI University, Jharkhand. He holds a Ph.D. in Judicial Accountability in India and is UGC NET qualified. With More than 10 years of teaching experience, he has taught various law courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Alok Kumar has a strong academic background, having completed his LL.M. and LL.B. from Law School, BHU, Varanasi. Dr. Gyandeep Chaudhary is an Assistant Professor at the Bennett University. He is obtained his Ph.D. from Prestigious Indian Law Institute focused on the interaction between Intellectual Property laws and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Chaudhary has published multiple articles in scopus indexed journals on topics including copyright and authorship issues related to artificial intelligence and the legal personality of AI. He has also worked as a senior student editor for the Indian Law Institute Law Review Journal. In addition, he has teaching experience as an assistant professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and ICFAI Law School. Dr. Chaudhary completed his LL.M. in Criminal Law from The Indian Law Institute and his LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

He has presented papers in several International and National Law conferences organised by reputed law colleges and universities. He was a senior Researcher in Central Ministry Project on "Affordable Shelters for Street Women and Children" conducted by CEERA, National Law University, Bengaluru in collaboration with Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi underthe aegis of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
